Case Carli is a small picturesque hamlet overlooking Prelá.
Several properties built together now form a small complex that provides room not only for holiday purposes.
A large cistern below and the former mill on the ground floor have given the house its name.
On three levels with several entrances are seven bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bathroom/laundry room, as well as two smaller rooms with fireplace, a large dining room with adjoining kitchen; on the ground floor, a spacious living room with fireplace that opens to a spacious garden.
The masonry has been restored in the traditional manner, floors in Tuscan "cotto" - tiles, stairs in Ligurian slate, old wooden windows and furniture - a renovation that has been accomplished with caution and sensibility.
There is enough room for communal activity - and ample space to retire.
Note: Italian/German/some English speaking cook on inquiry.
Road distance to the seashore is 10 km. There is a small shop and a good and reasonable traditional restaurant in Prelá, any further infrastructure in Dolcedo or at the coast.
Washing machine, pets on inquiry, parking on public property.
