Located between the bays of LÈvanto and Bonassola, on characteristically Ligurian foothills, lies the small district of Scernio which is a part of Bonassola. This village is situated on an impressive hillside overlooking both bays and the sea.
The district - called the "frazione" - consists of about 20 houses, the transition between 'house' and 'apartment' being fluid as is typical for the region of Liguria.
Bellavista forms part of a group of houses set above the cul-de-sac leading to Bonassola; from there, about 40 steps lead up the hill to reach the property.
The house contains a spacious, modern apartment stretching over one level; a large and brightly lit living area, a peculiar 'double' terrace immediately adjacent to the kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, one of them (inside) with shower, one with bathtub.
Facing north, behind the two bedrooms, lies a private courtyard, which is adjoined by two landscape terraces with bushes and trees.
A trip down into Bonassola or Lévanto takes about one half hour by foot (100 metres in altitude); 2,5 to 3 kilometres by car.
It's a friendly neighbourhood.

Private parking available in front of the house.
