Arèn - this is a dialect expression and means the tranquility which a summer afternoon brings to the landscape.
The house is located on the shoulder of a hill upon the sea, in a very relaxed residential area of the 70s, with large properties which are only accessible by a narrow street.
The property covers app. 2500 square metres, including a garden with old vegetation, and fruit trees, vine and others; depending on the season, it is both "giardino" and "orto" (vegetable garden).
House and garden were completely renovated in 2006.
The apartment consists of 5 rooms all on one level: kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double and 2 single beds; if necessary, there is another double sofa bed in the living room.

From the house and the garden, an open view onto the sea. Above and left, there are greenhouses.
Street distance to the coast at Porto Maurizio 4 km, walking to Poggi takes 5 minutes, there a grocery store and a small trattoria.
Shopping and everything else at Porto Maurizio/Imperia, nice restaurants in the hinterland.
Washing machine; pets upon request.
Parking for 2 "normal" cars on premises.
