For many generations , this used to be the home of a peasant family, whose rugged temperament always strove for independence - which give them the nickname "gli Ursi", the "Bears". Historically, it is in line with the character of the village and the area.
Side by side, the houses line up on the old narrow streets, where only motorized tricycles are able pass through, the famous "Ape", that kindly also carry the luggage.
Years ago, the house was sold. The facade has been restored historically; on the second floor, a balcony has been added.
The inside is impeccably renovated, practical and beautiful at the same time: in the entrance, a large kitchen with an arch; on the first and second floors, one bedroom each with bathroom; on the very top of the house, a roof terrace (17 square metres) facing south, looking over the village and onto Bordighera and the sea.
Close to the house, a magazine is accessible, which proves useful for the storage of bikes and the like.
Washing machine, satellite TV, heating, child's bed upon request.
No pets accepted.
Car parking nearby on public ground.
