survey map holiday apartments
> Cian de Bosue >
Beyond Poggi on the first hill over the coast, the land slowly rises further through the olive groves.
Following the road to Civezza for a few kilometers , one encounters some scattered, large properties, looking onto the Mediterranean sea. This was a rather deserted area once, haunted by sinister rumors - hence the name.
Today, friendly people live here, and in the last decades, the vegetation has grown abundantly.
One of these properties offers an apartment for holiday purposes. On its own level and well separated from the main house, it comprises a comfortable live-in kitchen (with wood for the transitional period and a double sofa bed), two bedrooms, one bathroom, storage room.
In front, there is a private patio with seating area and umbrellas, then a rich orchard, and further still, a fairly large pool for children under the pine trees. In the distance, the property provides a place for animals and exotic birds; further up, there is an old stone house
and even further, the hills, where now wine is grown - the famous local grape "Rossese", DOC as it should be.
Great views through the sub-tropical vegetation to Porto Maurizio and over the sea.
Above, "on the other side" of the house, lives your landlords, a kind couple - the grown up children now live elsewhere ...
In 2013 the property became an "azienda agricola", pruducing its own olive oil and wine, the famous "Rossese DOC" - and growing donkeys. Didactic activities.
The Ca Aren / Poggi makes part of the "azienda agricola".
Breakfast service on the panorama terrace ...
Central heating, TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Pets on inquiry.
Parking on premises.
Road distance to the coast is 6 km, fine trattoria in Civezza.
