A house located in the "centro storico", the historical town centre.
200 square metres in prime location, 60 of which are living area, the rest consists of a pergola and garden. The house is well hedged-in and not visible from the outside, the old vegetation providing comfortable shade as well as protection from outside gazes. All around, there are small pedestrian lanes.

The distance to the beach is 200 metres, 4 minutes to the train station. Everything is reached within a few walking steps, so that a car is really only needed for the journey.
The ground floor consists of a living area, a cooking area, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bathroom. Upstairs, there is a gallery with two single beds, as well as one bedroom, again with two single beds.
TV (italian), washing machine, gas heating.
Public parking.
Serviced beach, bicycles or motor scooters can be reserved upon request, as well as parking space.
