This is the classic "rustico": a agricultural building, which has meanwhile been fitted to new needs while keeping the old measurements.
The small house and its surroundings constitute the lower boundary of a cultivated olive grove, which loses itself up above in the distance.
It is located above the "punta della Madonna", there are no visible neighbors, but a 180 degree view of Bonassola, from the punta Mesco, the beginning of the cinqueterre and the open sea to the west.
The house has two levels, which are connected on the inside by a circular staircase, on the outside by two entrances.
Upstairs, there are two open adjoining bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds) with exit "to the back" onto the olive groves; downstairs, there are two more rooms.
Behind, the kitchen, an adjoining room, a bathroom and separate toilet; all this has been wrenched from the stony hill at the time of reconstruction.
The kitchen is small, but pretty and sufficient (2 electric stove plates, microwave), and has direct access to the panoramic courtyard facing south.
The house is accessed by car by a quasi-private cul-de-sac (300 metres, unpaved); parking is available 15 metres below the house.
To the town centre of Bonassola, it is about 1,7 km driving by car, the beach can be reached by a path of stairs in about 800 metres.
No central heating, but for cool nights during the transition period (at Easter? Later in October?), there is a small electric radiator.
